Once loved by us, now looking for a new lease of life in a brand new wardrobe. Before you start thrifting thru our wardrobe, please read through our shop policies to ensure a pleasant shopping experience!
HOW TO SHOP
1. Scroll through our wardrobe postings via the "CATEGORY" Section on the right panel. or via our daily/weekly posting of items.
2. Spot something you adore? Click on the comment button and state "I WANT -
(e.g lt_001, pl_002) and an email address (one that you check frequently)". If you have questions about the item, please leave a comment to ask about the piece. Items will go to the first person who comment to purchase.
3. Wait for an email confirmation of your purchase from us and make a payment to the provided bank account or paypal account.
4. Sit back and wait for your parcel to arrive!
PAYMENT
The cost of all items are stated in SGD and USD. Prices stated does not include shipping and handling cost.
We only accept payment via POSB/DBS/UOB Bank transfers for all Singapore shoppers. And payment via paypal for all international shoppers. Paypal payment must be made in USD only. To ensure a speedy delivery, please make all payments within 4days upon confirmation of purchase.
SHIPPING/HANDLING
Domestic (SG):
SG$1.50 - $4.00 for lightweight clothing, accessories and small bags
SG$4.00 - $8.00 for bulkier clothing and shoes
*Add $2.20 for registered mail
International:
US$3.00 - $7.00 for lightweight clothing, accessories and small bags
US$8.00 - $25.00 for bulkier clothing and shoes (We do not have flat rate boxes in Singapore, hence shipping shoes in boxes can be a little costly.)
*For registered (insured) mails, please email for rates
All items will be wrapped with care. We'll be happy to combine shipping cost, please email for rates. Shoes will be shipped in boxes which may or may not be the original shoe box it came in. All items will be shipped within 3days upon receiving of payment. Sorry we do not do meet ups.
OTHER TERMS
• All sales are FINAL.
• Please note that all items are preloved and/or vintage pieces, unless otherwise stated. Which means there will be a certain amount of wear or age that comes along with the items.
• No returns for color difference as the color will vary from screen to screen. We will try to describe and photograph the color as accurately as possible.
• We take our time to measure all items laying flat to ensure a great fit. Please compare the measurements against a similar piece of clothing from your wardrobe for the best fit.
• All items are describe to the best of our ability and includes all flaws in the description. We may miss out minor flaws at times (we're only human), so please forgive us.
• If a brand is stated, it means it is authentic. And when we say vintage, it is vintage! We do not sell fakes.
• Price tag on each item is determined by a few factors, the brand, condition, vintage and worn/unworn. Prices stated are final and non negotiable.
• Accessories accompanied in photographs for styling are not included unless stated.
